1. Waking up early.
Studies have shown that individuals who wake up earlier are proactive and as well as productive. However, it’s also not advisable for you to cut your sleep to wake up earlier, as research has also shown that those who don’t have at least 6 hours of sleep per night might be affected psychologically.
So, as much as you need to wake up earlier and get things done fast, it’s also essential for you to have a good night’s sleep.

Without visualizing how to go with your day, it will be overwhelmed. Having a self vision of things you want to accomplish or things you failed to accomplish and you are likely to get it done the next day would help you to get things done smoothly.
